Lowrise Residential Projects are either Single Family/R3 Occupancies, Attached Townhouses, or Conditioned Buildings of no more than 3-stories that include Residential Dwellings. (2 floors of dwelling space over a retail store is Lowrise; 3 floors of dwelling space over a retail space is Highrise Residential. 3-stories of dwelling space over unconditioned parking structures is Lowrise; 4-stories of dwelling space over unconditioned parking structures is Highrise.) |
